Christ and the Choclaterie…

Christ and the Chocolaterie is an original, innovative and lively Lent course inspired by the film “Chocolat” based on the bestselling novel by Joanne Harris.
Using the film as a starting point for exploring issues about God, the world, and what it means to be human, Hilary Brand has designed five group sessions for each week of Lent. ‘Christ and the Chocolaterie’ takes events from the film and relates them to the key Bible themes of Lent. Recognising Lent as a chance to embrace change and renewal, Hilary’s meditations lead into private thought or group discussion around the daily challenge of growing, giving and getting real with life. You are invited to join one of the two Lent Study Groups which will be sharing in this programme.  These will be meeting on five consecutive Wednesdays from 13th March at: Wednesday, 10.30am Park Lodge, 10 Elmbank Gardens, Sandown Wednesday, 2.30pm Treetops, 5 St Boniface Cliff Road, Shanklin TO JOIN A GROUP: If you would like to join one of the groups, please contact Jonathan to book your place and order one of the study books (£5 each).
